      This module is focused on the challenges faced by restaurants when it comes to QR code usage and digital menus. In the following sections, we will explore two scenarios: 


      • one involving an elderly couple struggling with QR codes, 
      • one centered around teenagers encountering difficulties accessing the menu through QR codes/digital booking system of a SPA Center


      Through these scenarios, we will investigate into the problem questions and discuss potential solutions to ensure a seamless dining experience for all customers. By the end of this module, you will gain insights into how to address QR code-related challenges and internet challenges, provide alternative options, and train staff to assist customers effectively.
